North American Union // NAFTA supercorridor

I have been driving for Swift 3.5 years. I'm wondering if you are aware of plans and/or conspiracy theories to create a NAFTA supercorridor, and potentially a North American Union. Such a thing will of course affect SWFT. My purpose here is to provide a heads-up and I hope for feedback. I checked the stock prospectus, can't find the business plan, and see no references to imagined radical changes in the industry. A huge influx of Mexican trucks/rail will effect change, not to mention 'no borders' (oh crud! just what we need). I'm writing my Congressman, will FWD to you any meaningful response. On Yahoo Answers, someone asked: Q----Why is it that the majority of Americans think the world starts in LA & ends in NY? my answer: A----We don't think the world starts at one end of USA and ends at the other, but we do KNOW that the rest of the world has failed to keep up with U.S. (us) in any field you care to think of, such as individual freedom, stable system of laws. Who does the rest of the world look to when they need help? Do they call France or Bolivia or China? They call USA because not only CAN we help, but we WILL. No other nation has the kind of influence on the world USA does, whether it be the new inventions you buy, the entertainment you consume, the banks you use. You come from everywhere to attend our Universities. We have to erect fences to keep you out, it's so wonderful here. And besides, even though us stupid Americans have continued to elect corrupt and venal representatives who are messing everything up, all you other nations which love to complain at us (U.S.) always do it knowing that we will be patient with you. How do you know this? Because you haven't been destroyed yet, which we can do anytime we want. That's why Americans think the rest of the world doesn't matter as much as we do. Because it doesn't. Unfortunately, the media has been taken over by young communists, so we will not hear this in the 6:00 news: DATELINE: NORAD: Today Israelli and American Forces destroyed Damascus, Tehran, Bagdad and about 20 other major cities in the middle east. The Suni Triangle is now a sea of glass, as are more than 100 strategic sites where the bad guys used to be. America says FUCK YOU to the world and celebrations are heard in every city and farm across the land, that we finally have a man for President and can now rest easy, knowing that we don't have to hide our balls anymore. Saturday I decided I needed a break. It had been building up for a while, been on the road for almost a month. I love the new Volvo truck, it's a chick car, but way more computerized than any vehicle needs to be. For the last 2 weeks it's been going weird. I understand that sometimes it chokes on a line of code, giving it personality, but something was definitely wrong, and not fixing itself. Low horsepower, jake brake weak, turbo whistling, throttle slow to respond. I was waiting until I did 5000 more miles (less than 2 weeks) to put it in the shop for its 30,000 mile "waste a day" routine service, because Swift shops are slow. They let it sit for a day, pull it in 2nd day and say "Oh! we need parts" and by sundown the third day, it's fixed. Then they want you to drive all night. I tell them no. So I did the only logical thing. I was enroute from Fresno CA to Salt Lake City UT, routed down 99, across 58 to Barstow, up the 15 to SLC, and averaged 49 mph by the time I got to Las Vegas. Very slow up the hills, 20mph, no power. Oh, and the climate control thing which is supposed to turn the engine on and off to maintain a set temperature range in the sleeper berth, it works great for heat, but not for AC cool. I had the Swift Shops fix it twice and they were incompetent. A while back I resolved that whenever possible I would break down far away from any Swift terminal (their mechanics are lame). Because under those circumstances, they send it to a real mechanic and put you up in a motel, at their expense. So I broke down in Las Vegas, 2 miles from the Volvo truck repair shop, on a Saturday night. It required several phone calls to Phoenix AZ (HQ) and reading a book on the sidewalk for 2.5 hours before someone arrived to take my trailer to SLC, and I'm getting paid $50/day to type this, breakdown pay. Unfortunately, I lack the resources to go downtown and party, and the inclination. And my internet life is pretty weak. But it's essential for mental health to get out of the truck once in a while. Today (Monday) Volvo is supposed to be fixing the truck. I'll call them later in the day. I'm so unhappy with my paychecks, I'm starting to become the bitch. The Bible we have today isn't what it used to be. Even this site is at the 101 level, speaking in VERY general terms. The same patterns repeat throughout history. This has always been my bitch: the man went about Israel pissing off the establishment by teaching people how to connect with the source of all knowing within them (wake up and think for themselves). Most of these teachings have been excised in favor of "doctrine". What's left is all potatos and very little meat. evidence: the logo of christianity, the praying hands. Obviously Jesus was teaching some form of meditation involving hands. Only the symbol remains, the teachings have been removed.
